Procedure:

The brush styles page shows all types of Industrial brushes in common use. Each style is manufactured in various sizes, making it impractical to list every size.

Ordering:
Order in one of the following ways:

1. Send a sample of the exact requirements, stating clearly the grade required. Include all of the name plate data for the motor or generator. A worn sample in good condition will do.

2. Use the reference number shown on the Brush Styles page, and complete the Grade Selection Questionnaire. (The type number alone will not identify the brush dimensions.) Complete the ordering questionnaire on this page.

3. Survey: The method will apply more to the larger plants. Advance Carbon Products surveys all brush-using machines and prepares specifications for all the brush types fitted to them. Additionally, the machine identification, its duty and location in the plant and other relevant details can be included on the sheet to assist users.

4. Send a sketch of the brush required.
